K-pop, comedy and chaos! Koreaboo plays at Griffin Theatre
A young woman tries to reconnect with her Korean heritage and birth mother… by entering a K-Pop talent contest?
Griffin Theatre Company’s new production Koreaboo has big laughs and an even bigger heart. It captures the messiness, awkwardness and absurdity of trying to figure out where (and how) you fit. It’s got K-Pop, comedy, chaos, and a healthy dose of soul-searching.
Written by Michelle Lim Davidson, Directed by Jessica Arthur and stars Heather Jeong alongside Michelle.
Koreaboo is presented in association with Belvoir Theatre and plays at the Griffin Theatre Company from the 14th June – 20th July 2025.
