As part of our ongoing look at the National Trust’s Australian Heritage Festival, we had Elliot Lindsay, the guide for Hyde Park: A Story of Lawless Beauty  on the show. The event is a walking tour exploring the dark secret past of one of Sydney’s most iconic landmarks, and runs from 11am tomorrow (26th April) in the park. Elliot is a historian, and specialises in the history of Sydney’s underworld and fringe communities.
