Life of Jean-Luc Godard

 Last week, the pioneering director of the French New Wave, Jean-Luc Godard, passed away, aged 91. His film-making craft changed the way cinema was made, and his legacy is still felt today.

But who was Jean-Luc Godard and why is he such a giant in the world of cinema? And what made his films so special and unique?
