Lostwave: Isabel’s Violent Love
This week’s lostwave segment is very unique-we know our song name and the name of the band behind it, but we know virtually nothing else about them!
2SER’s music director Lachlan received a package containing a CD with two songs from a band calling themselves Isabel’s Violent Love, as well as a note encouraging 2SER to play their CD on air. Any info about the band themselves is hard to come by, and they are a complete mystery to us, with their only social media being a single YouTube upload.
Nelson and Cody discuss the songs on the CD, the scant online presence of Isabel’s Violent Love, and whether they’re attempting some form of old-school viral marketing.
