Managing Back to School Stress with Headspace

For many school students, this week has been an emotionally turbulent time. Students have returned to, or begun school for 2019.  At school gates across NSW, parents and children alike felt the anticipation, excitement, and nerves that a new school year brings. The first week can no doubt be challenging for many students, having to find friends, study hard, form their own identity and other challenges. We were joined by Vikki Ryall the Executive Director of Clinical Practice at Headspace (the National Youth Mental Health Foundation) to give some advice on back to school stress.
