Melanoma a key focus at the 51st Annual Scientific Meeting
This weekend the Australasian College of Dermatologists commenced their 51st Annual Scientific Meeting on the Gold Coast. A key focus of the conference has been the emerging technologies relating to skin cancer detection.
A new focus in the field has been on training doctors in rural regions of Australia on how to more quickly identify melanomas and other skin cancers. One of Australia’s top Melanoma specialists, Dr Victoria Mar, joined us to discuss.
