Mental Health in Metropolitan Cities

A recent study ranked Sydney as the least stressful city in Australia, and eighth in the world. Although living in big cities like Sydney comes with its own challenges – such as public transportation and high living costs.

So what can metropolitan cities do to better promote mental health?
