How MP3 Players Changed the Music Industry

At some point nearly all of us have used or owned an MP3 music player or device. Developed three decades ago, it paved the way for the streaming services we enjoy today. But, with companies like Technicolor ending their licensing of MP3 players this year, is the age of the MP3 over?

On The Daily we talked to Yanto Browning, an Associate lecturer in Music and Sound at the Queensland University of Technology, to provide a retrospective look into how MP3 changed the way we enjoy music.
