It comes as no surprise that more and more Australians are experiencing stress. According to the Australian Bureau of Statistics 75% of people surveyed reported that stress was affecting their physical health.

But overcoming these challenging mindsets is not easy. Some try yoga, others might go for a walk. Or you may have heard of universities who have days where they bring in dogs to help stress-ridden students. But have you ever thought about nature based therapy?
