New Year, New Me: Resolutions and Mental Health

‘New year, new me,’ a phrase that pops up every January, as new goals are set for a fresh start. Whether it be to eat healthier, go to the gym, study smarter or find a new job, many resolutions are made to improve our physical health, finances and work ethic. However, how often do we make resolutions for our mental health? What goals should we be setting to improve how we feel?
