OECD Report: Raising Female Employment in Australia

Australia has a relatively poor track record when it comes to female employment. Our female participation rate ranks in the lower third of OECD countries, according to a new report. The study suggested that the key to increasing economic growth in Australia is to raise the female participation rate.

Nic was joined by Marian Baird, professor of gender and employment relations at the University of Sydney, to discuss the findings.
