Old trees lost to new light rail

With Sydney’s exponentially growing population, the need for effective and eco-friendly modes of transport is more important than ever.

The CBD and South East Light Rail project is an attempt to meet those needs, stretching throughout some of Sydney’s most populous inner city suburbs.

However, its construction isn’t without loss, including the culling of some of our oldest and most significant trees.
