Is Oprah The Next US President?
You might have watch the powerful speech by Oprah Winfrey at the 2018 Golden Globes the other day where she celebrated black women, called out sexual harassers, and uttered the now iconic quote “I want all of the girls watching here now to know, that a new day is on the horizon”. The speech demonstrated her courage, strength and leadership, with some even calling the speech presidential, prompting speculation on whether she may run in the 2020 US election.
