‘Outside, Inside Sydney Town’ – Carriageworks

‘Outside, Inside Sydney Town’ is a new podcast series brought to you by the City of Sydney and presented by 2SER producers Oscar Byrne and Nalin Mastou. ‘Outside, Inside Sydney Town’ seeks to uncover spaces in Sydney that hold a rich history in serving the community – places you may know and love, or places you’re yet to discover.

In this episode the pair explored Carriageworks in Redfern, the most significant multi-arts centre in Australia, home of the renowned Farmer’s Market and a number of diverse artistic programs. They spoke with Daniel Cunningham, Director of Programs, the Farmer’s Market curator Mike McEnearney, Arrernte and Kalkadoon artist Thea Anamara Perkins and Jonathan Jones, who is the curator of the SOUTHEAST Aboriginal Arts Market at Carriageworks.
