Saying things we later regret

It’s a truth many of us have experienced that the Christmas period is a time where arguments seem to crop up. It’s easy to attribute that to simply being in close proximity with family and other people we might have unresolved issues with, but that might not be the real cause.

A three year research study released this week delves into why people say things they later regret. We’re joined by Dr Brent Coker, a consumer psychologist at the uni of melbourne, to discuss.
