CLIPPED.TV Presents: Music Video Premieres

As part of The Sydney Fringe program, CLIPPED.TV presents a special night not to be missed with exclusive new Australian music video premieres. The audience will be treated to ‘In Conversations’ to find out how these unreleased clips were created, including short Q+As featuring a number of the talented filmmakers and artists themselves. Head to The Golden Age Cinema and Bar from 8pm, tickets are $22.

Sydney Fringe – Inner West Side: The Musical

Sydney’s beautifully niche and original musical, Inner West Side: The Musical, hits the stage this week! The show features Australian indie rock music bringing to life the story of a girl who would do anything to fit in (or just… be the most alternative…). This show is running from Tuesday September 18th until Saturday the 22nd at the Reginald Theatre in the Seymour Centre, grab your tickets online before they’re all gone!

On The Aussie Telly // Exhibition Opening

Can’t take your eyes off the television? Then join us at aMBUSH Gallery from 6–9pm this Thursday for ‘On The Aussie Telly’. This group show – featuring twelve emerging Australian artists – explores Gen Y’s love affair with our nation’s lo-fi television culture during their formative years in the 1990s and early 2000s, set against the backdrop of rapidly evolving technology and the rise of the Internet. Featured artists include Kat Chellos, Tango Conway, Eliza Gosse and many more.

Christopher Port “Light / Dark” EP launch+Jonny Reebok+DIN+more

Christopher Port recently shared his EP, Everything In Quotes “LIGHT” via Australia’s leading independent tastemakers, Future Classic and Pieater. Featuring the previously released club banger ‘DTF’ and recently released track ‘Find A Way’, the EP also includes additional tracks ‘What I Leave Behind’ and Bandcamp favourite ‘Me & My Heart’. Port is debuting his new music at Otto’s House Party at the World Bar alongside DIN [DJset], Jonny Reebok [DJset] and DJ Discgrace (REBEL YELL).
