Star turn for astronomer and science educator Dr Tanya Hill

Dr Tanya Hill is the Senior Curator of Astronomy at Museums Victoria. She works to develop innovative astronomy productions for the Melbourne Planetarium and invents opportunities for the public to find out about astronomical events and the opportunity to learn the latest findings about the Universe.

Dr Hill has just been awarded an honorary fellowship to the Astronomical Society of Australia for her work in public advocacy and communication. She joined Nic to discuss why science education and public advocacy is more important than ever before.
