Australia’s longest running sustainability conference

Since 1991, the Students of Sustainability conference has become an active place for students, campaigners, academics and Aboriginal elders to gather to discuss environmental and social justice issues.

It’s an opportunity to connect like-minded people from all around Australia with the aim to effect positive change, working towards a more sustainable and ethical society. This year, the conference will be held in Newcastle from June 30th to July 3rd.

Nic Healey was joined by the conference’s co-coordinator, Tim Buchanan, to find out more about the event and its continued success.
