Sydney Film Festival: Come to Daddy

It wouldn’t be the Sydney Film Festival without some schlock and gore and who better than Festival fixture Ant Timpson to deliver it.

Screening as part of the Festival’s Freak Me Out strand, the New Zealand Filmmaker’s newest feature Come to Daddy stars Elijah Wood, who has a pretty good track record with New Zealand based movies.

It’s about a young man, played by Wood, who reunites with his father after 30 years at his remote home… far away anyone who can help him if he gets into a pickle.

2ser’s Glen Falkenstein sat down with Ant Timpson to chat about Come to Daddy

Come To Daddy Director screens at 6:30pm 16th June at Event Cinemas George Street. For tickets head to sff.org.au
