Teaching: A Profession on the Decline?

Recent figures demonstrate that teaching as a profession is dropping in attractiveness. With national interest declining, it is valuable to consider why one of the oldest professions is experiencing such a sudden drop. From standardised testing obsessions to intensifying work, research reveals that there are numerous contributing factors discouraging people from the job.
