The Bright Side of Brewing With Smoke-Tainted Grapes

The bushfires seem like an eon ago after a global pandemic stole our attention, but individuals, communities and businesses are still recovering. When smoke tainted the grapes in an Australian winery, a brewery stepped in to produce a series of wild ales from the exciting collaboration that is Bright Side.
