$300M in Budget to the Arts Sector
Following over a year of COVID restrictions and cancellations to many events, the arts sector is in need of strong support. In response to the struggle, the federal government announced a $300 million budget on Tuesday to reinvigorate the arts sector until 2022. For most, including the RISE fund and film industry, the additional support is indeed good news.
