The Lazy Eyes complete their first chapter

Sometimes the greatest part of being an Australian music fan is watching the progression of artists from their first tentative steps into the industry to fully-fledged musicians being listened to worldwide.

The Lazy Eyes are a band that have been plying their trade, slowly but surely over the last 5-6 years and this has culminated in their debut album, Songbook, released on Thursday, and surely an album that will see them explode.

It’s a big, bold and exciting record, combining the sounds of the Beatles-esque ‘60’s, psych-rock ‘70s,  and a little micro-tonal King Gizz influence on the side.

The Tuckshop welcomed Harvey and Itay to the show!
