The life-saving drug testing trial making NSW music festivals safer.

Early this year the NSW Minns government introduced a 12 month trial where pill testing will be available for free at music festivals held in NSW. Drug and harm minimisation experts in the ACT and Queensland have backed this trial and there is considerable evidence that drug testing will minimise harm and reduce the likelihood of fatalities at these festivals.

This weekend’s Midnight Mafia Festival is the second festival this year to participate in these trials after the wild success at the Yours and Owls festival in Wollongong a month ago.
