The NSW Government Gets Tough on Airbnb

On Tuesday, the NSW Government announced it will be getting tough on Airbnb rentals: it will slap a 180-day limit on renting, and grant building owners powers to prevent apartment owners renting if they do not live in the apartment themselves.
