West Phil is the first orchestral philharmonic in Western Sydney since the 19th century, and is led by two extraordinary musicians, classically trained violinists and long-time friends Maximilian Holzner and Kristian Winther.

West Phil will perform its first full orchestral concert on Friday September 30 following a music camp for students from September 27-30. Of the students involved, thirty of them are high school students and the remainder are post-secondary school (up to age 25).
