Turnbull Accuses New Zealand Of Fuelling People Smuggling

Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull and New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern have butted heads over the proposed refugee resettlement of those held in detention camps on Manus Island and Nauru. The offer is set to see New Zealand accept 150 refugees,  however Turnbull has accused New Zealand of fuelling people smuggling as a gateway into Australia. The Daily was joined on the line by Eva Cox, adjunct professor in Politics and Government at University Technology Sydney to discuss this.
