Now in recent years Australian supermarkets have offered an increasing range of pre-cut salad and vegetable mixes. Often a salad dressing is included in the packet, giving consumers control over the presentation and the calorie content of the meal. The range of offerings is increasing all the time, as consumers send the message that they value the convenience of a tear open bag.
