Vibes we feel but can’t explain

When we go through different experiences, we often describe the good ones as having a positive vibe and the bad ones as having a negative vibe. However, Dr. Ash Watson, a Scientia Fellow and Senior Lecturer at the Centre for Social Research in Health at UNSW, along with her work as a sociologist, points out that while we recognize these vibes, it can be challenging to articulate exactly what they are. She explains that “vibe” is a term we use to describe something for which we don’t have an exact perfect word for.
