TV: Better Things

Better Things is an American comedy-drama series written by and starring Pamela Adlon as Sam, a single mother of three daughters and a working actress in LA. The family lives next door to a very bizarre neighbour. This honest female-centric series just finished its 4th season last April and is available to watch on Foxtel. 

Music: Perfume Genius – Set My Heart On Fire Immediately

Perfume Genius has recently released a fifth album, Set My Heart On Fire Immediately. This album presents Mike Hadreas’ personal and honest list of tracks. Listen to the album on Spotify.

Film: Luce

Luce is an American drama-thriller produced in late 2019, starring Kelvin Harrison Jr., Octavia Spencer, and Naomi Watts. The film features a provocative story about the life of a young African-American high school football star, Luce Edgar, who is involved in an incident, accusation, and unfairness. It is now available to stream on multiple digital platforms.

TV: Breeders

Breeders is a new British comedy-series featuring Daisy Haggard and Martin Freeman. It follows the journey of Ally and Paul Worsley, a couple struggling with parenthood. This series can be viewed on Foxtel.
