What’s all the fuss about fermented foods?

Admit it, the food junkie inside you is still incredibly confused as to whether fermented foods are really the super foods that’ll promise to do wonders to your insides, or whether they’re just a mere trend. Luckily we had Dr Ben Schulz on Breakfast to set the record straight.

Dr Ben Schulz is a researcher from the National Health and Medicine Council and a senior lecturer at The University of Queensland’s School of Chemistry and Molecular Biosciences.
