When the Breakup is Public

Unless you’ve been living under a rock for the last week, you’ve probably heard that we have a new Prime Minister. Last week, a Liberal party leadership spill ousted Malcolm Turnbull from the top job to be replaced by Scott Morrison.

Psychologist professor at Macquarie University, Julie Fitness, says that the fallout from the spill is a classic example of how difficult it can be to navigate a public relationship breakup.

We spoke to her about the best way to navigate a public breakup.
