Why Quitting Social Media Can Be Good For You

For many of us, social media is a pastime. We probably surf online more than we actually do in real life! Pretty good odds, but consider – what are we missing out on life by staying connected online? Too much social media can burn us out, whether it’s always checking your Facebook feed or getting angry at Twitter posts. It makes sense to step back from it all. In fact, quitting social media can be good for you.
