Wild Dog Control Policies Create New Threat For The Dingo

The South Australian Government has introduced new measures to control their wild dog population. While some are welcoming these changes as protections to Australia’s livestock industry, others are concerned about the impact to pure dingoes, hybrid dingoes and feral domestic dogs. Ecologists, such as Dr Katherine Moseby are concerned that these new policies could lead to an extinction of the Dingo species in some areas.
