Have you ever had a glass of wine that’s a little.. murky?
What about a turbid pet Nat?
We’ve heard that clarity in wine is a mark of quality but why do some wines go cloudy?
This week on wine chat we are joined again BSC: Wine Science student Cal Lee, to talk about wine clarity, why wines go cloudy, the effect temperature has on wine clarity and the effect that haziness has on wine quality.

Cal Says: From the Tralee vineyard in Tumbarumba, Whole bunch pressed to Large old oak, all natural ferment and MLF. Lightly filtered but unfined. A top tier example of everything that’s exciting about modern Australian Chardonnay. A citrus nectarine core leading in to a generous mid palette and elegant finish. Drink now but will hapilly cellar for 10 years
