Cal Says: This wine won’t be released until August, but Bridget Mac is one to watch! Sourced from the Darling Estate in the Whitlands sub region of King Valley. Off-dry but the sweetness blends meticulously with the acid line to create a love letter to the cool climate wines of central Europe.
