Working from home beyond the pandemic

A lot of people don’t remember life before COVID, but one thing for sure is that not a lot of Australians were working from home, it was more considered a luxury. When COVID hit, for our own safety, such rule came into place for those that could, to work from home. Since COVID there has been more of an openness of the idea however, a lot of employers don’t have the right and have to comply with “National Employment Standards”. We spoke to Dr Joo-Cheong Tham Professor at Melbourne Law School – The University of Melbourne to discuss working from home beyond the pandemic.
