World Passport

Imagine being able to travel anywhere you like because you’re a citizen of the world. This is what Garry Davis a WWII bomber turned peace activist envisioned in 1954, frustrated by the borders and restrictions he felt trying to travel and see the world.

This idea has somewhat developed now into the World Service Authority and it aims to make travel a basic human right like access to water. They issue World Passports to people, something to assist in this process.

We have Associate Professor Felix Patrikeeff joining us this morning.
