Benefits of Behavioural Activation Therapy on Mental Health

Behavioural activation therapy has been proven to be as effective as traditional ways of treating depression. More so than cognitive behavioural therapy and perhaps even medication. According to new British research, it may even be cheaper. So that begs the question, what is behavioural activation and what impact will it have on society’s collective mental health? To find out, we were joined by Peter McEvoy, Associate Professor of Clinical Psychology at Curtin University.
