A stiff knee is good for netball play, but can cause injury

A stiff knee might make you a better netball player, but it also leaves you open to injury.

Netball play is stiff, static and forceful – but also leaves the player prone to leg and knee injury due to style of play.

But where you might describe your neck as stiff after a poor night’s sleep, Libby says stiffness takes on a new meaning in the world of sport.
