Video games good for socialising

How long did your children play video games for yesterday?

If it was under two hours, chances are it’s actually doing some good. That’s the results of a new study looking at the use of video games kids and teens aged 11-15.

However, those using video games beyond the recommended two hours is a cause for concern.


Fiona Brooks is a Professor of Child & Family Health in the Faculty of Health at UTS. She started off by telling Ellen Leabeater how leisure has changed for adolescents, and why.
