We know there’s nothing sweeter than honey, but how do we know if that honey is pure? You may have heard about a recent study which found 1 in 5 samples of Australian honey was found to be impure. Samples from New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland and Tasmania were tested. NSW was one of the worst offenders with 50% of honey samples found to be impure. However the Australian Honey Bee Industry Council assures Consumers that Australian honey is still clean, green and the best in the world.
