NSW COVID Outbreak has hit another high today, after the state recorded 112 cases from the 46,478 tests conducted. The new numbers have created fears that the lockdown is not working, with Professor Bowtell calling for the government to implement stage 4 restrictions, similar to those implemented in Victoria.
When Victoria went into their stage 4 lockdown on July 7 2020, they had 860 cases from their outbreak. NSW already has 678 cases from this wave, which have all come from the last 26 days.
