18-Year-Long Moratorium on GM Crops Lifted
On July 1st, the New South Wales government lifted an 18-year-long ban on the production of genetically modified crops. This has led to new opportunities for farmers for more efficient farming, and on the flip side, concerns on their impact on the environment.
