Rod Chambers from On the Money and The Wire was amongst those at the frontline yesterday for the 2017 Budget lock in.
He joined Nic live from Canberra to discuss the new cuts and bandages delivered, including the new levy on major banks and whether it could keep a Royal Commission at bay, plus new measures to improve housing affordability, and sweeping enhancements to infrastructures.
Oh, and of course a quick look at welfare changes, making Australia’s most vulnerable among the biggest losers this year.
