24 Million is a Crowd

They say that three is a crowd but how about 24 million?

According to the Bureau of Statistics, overnight the population of Australia ticked over to a whopping 24 million people.

This means that Australia is currently gaining a new person every 90 seconds either through birth or migration. On our current path the number will reach 50 million by 2050. But as the population booms in Australia and across the globe – how do we tackle the challenges this presents to our resources, our health and our struggling climate?
