BOCSAR’s Double-Counting of Drug Crimes
The Bureau of Crime Statistics and Research has been double-counting data around drug busts for the last seven years. BOCSAR has made revisions now, but before they took effect, there were 13 350 accounts of drug use or possession that never occurred last year alone.
