There was a lot of great stuff that came out in 2019. I’m only going to play a few of my absolute favourites.

I’m going to start out in London with a track from MF Robots, then move onto New York, Netherlands and finish up with a track from Sydney’s own Jitwam who has been making some great music in Brooklyn over the last few years.

Meanwhile here’s a track from MF Robot’s new album released mid last year called Finders Keepers.

And that was Ride by Escort a band from Brooklyn from their new album City Life. It was released on Escort Records mid last year.

Coming up next we have “ Calling Out” by Sophie Lloyd featuring Dames Brown. Dedicating this one to Lauren Murada who is back in Sydney on holidays from her busy life as a Disco Queen in Brooklyn.

She will be playing at Poor toms in Marrickville tomorrow afternoon if you’re in the mood for a Sunday disco session.

That was Ski Infinity by The Steaming Jeans. A band from the Netherlands. This one is getting released on the 6th of Jan, in 2 days.

And before that was a new remix by Joakim & Max Pask of Evans Pyramid “Never Gonna leave you.”

I’d like to finish this segment on a more down tempo track by Sydney’s own Jitwam. Who is also based in New York and released his album Honeycomb last year.
