As Summer ends and Autumn approaches, you might wake up with a cold from all of this damp weather. Although our immune systems may be a little weaker, we can still go about our daily lives.
Though what about having to face a chronic illness every day – something more sinister; the likes of diabetes, severe depression or even heart disease to name a few. So is being ill really a sign of being weak? We talked with Claire Wakefield an Associate Professor from the Univeristy of New South Wales and an affiliate of the Sydney Children’s hospital.
