Intuitive Eating

Food is a major part of our everyday life but our busy lifestyles don’t always offer us a lot of option in terms of healthy eating. From fast-food, to easily delivered restaurant take away and excessive fad dieting, our relationship with food is often complicated.

Intuitive eating is a wholistic approach to food that looks at the often emotional reasoning behind our eating decisions and asks us to step back and explore why we eat the way we do.
